Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item received.
After verification, Health Care Pharmacy may arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
